Our Management Team

Every member of our management team is involved in our exceptional year-round training programs, bringing to the table their full range of in-depth experience in the real estate industry.

In order to obtain a Real Estate License in New York you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply.
- Must have successfully completed a Department of State-approved 75-hour Salesperson qualifying course. If you have completed the 45-hour Salesperson qualifying course prior to July 1, 2008, you may complete the 30-hour remedial course in order to qualify for licensure.
- Must be sponsored by a New York State licensed real estate broker.
- Must pass the New York State Real Estate Salesperson examination.
- Initial application fee of $50.
- Written exam fee of $15.

Please note that New York licensing is reciprocal with Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
