After joining Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty, your first few days will focus on getting you set up on our company systems. We will encourage you to meet with your new manager to determine your business plans and personal marketing goals.

obtaining a new york real estate license
In order to obtain a Real Estate License in New York you must:
Be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply.
Must have successfully completed a Department of State-approved 75-hour Salesperson qualifying course. If you have completed the 45-hour Salesperson qualifying course prior to July 1, 2008, you may complete the 30-hour remedial course in order to qualify for licensure.
Must be sponsored by a New York State licensed real estate broker.
Must pass the New York State Real Estate Salesperson examination.
Initial application fee of $50. Written exam fee of $15.
